CircuFloc Cardboard Wool
The most environmentally friendly insulation material for floors, walls, and roofs
Advantages of CircuFloc Cardboard Wool
Fully Circular
CircuFloc Cardboard Wool is the most environmentally friendly insulation material in the Netherlands because the product design considers the use of by-products from the paper industry, reducing consumption during application, and facilitating reuse after application.
High Stability
Low Density
With a density of just 38 kg/m³ and no settling, CircuFloc Cardboard Wool offers a uniquely stable setting, which is sufficient for both horizontal and vertical structures with the low density of 38 kg/m³.
Comfortable Living Environment
Unlike traditional insulation materials, CircuFloc Cardboard Wool ensures healthier indoor air quality and creates a comfortable indoor climate for residents.
Shape-Flexible
CircuFloc Cardboard Wool offers unique flexibility due to its moldability as insulation flocks. Suitable for all insulation thicknesses and shapes, it eliminates gaps, produces no cutting waste, and does not require a binding agent.
Fire Resistant
CircuFloc Cardboard Wool has an E fire class, making it a natural insulation material with good fire resistance. The cardboard used for producing carton wool is mixed with, among other things, boric acid. This acts as a strong flame retardant and also protects against mold and pests.

Blowing in Cardboard Wool insulation is quick and clean
At the construction site, CircuFloc Cardboard Wool is prepared for installation. The bales are removed from the plastic wrap, and then the blowing machine is filled with the compressed Cardboard Wool. The Cardboard Wool is highly compressed in the packaging and is then transformed into airy insulation flocks with a low density of 38 kg/m³.
These lightweight and flexible flocks are ready to be applied in the desired hollow structure. Using the blowing machine, the flakes are precisely blown into the cavities, where they form a seamless insulation layer. For floor applications, ‘open blow’ can also be chosen, where the fibers are blown loosely onto the unused floor of the ceiling without further finishing.

Application areas of CircuFloc Cardboard Wool
CircuFloc Cardboard Wool can be applied in almost any indoor space. The shape-flexible flocks are precisely blown into cavities using a blowing machine, where they form a seamless insulation layer.
This process requires craftsmanship and some experience. Therefore, it is always carried out by specially trained and certified professionals with thorough knowledge of the insulation material and the installation process.
Cardboard Wool is a high-quality product
The quality is ensured during production and also during application. This guarantees high-quality insulation that meets the highest standards of performance and sustainability.
The processing method with the blowing machine produces almost no waste. Additionally, all flocks are reusable.
